Founded in 1985, Ramen Taro began as a humble street stall in the vibrant Fukuoka district. Over the decades, we have evolved into a cornerstone of authentic Japanese dining in Tokyo, dedicated to preserving the time-honored traditions of ramen making while selectively embracing modern culinary innovations.

Our secret lies in our signature 48-hour tonkotsu broth, which is simmered slowly using premium pork bones to achieve a rich, creamy, and deeply savory texture that has become our trademark.

Beyond the food, Ramen Taro is a deep celebration of Japanese culture and hospitality. We strive to create an atmosphere of 'Omotenashi'—wholehearted hospitality where the needs of the guest are anticipated and met with grace.
